Systems Analyst - SAP FICO App Support (ERP Finance App Ops)

The successful candidate will work with the existing team for assuming primary/secondary support for various application systems, perform required KTLO tasks, and cross support for multiple institutions. They will also provide on-going application support, perform user requirement analysis, and evaluate potential solutions to resolve business problems.

Requirements

• Successful track record in service management, user and vendor management
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in SAP FICO is required
