Uni Internship Jun to Dec 2026 - IT Delivery and Business Process Reengineering

We are seeking an intern to support the ongoing enhancement of Synapxe Central IT inventory repository, involved in redesigning data management processes and establishing data models, and defining and implementing enterprise-wide processes to ensure inventory accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Demonstrated ability to use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and exposure to Power Automate or other automation logic
• Basic understanding of the project lifecycle, including gathering requirements and experience with structured testing (UAT/SIT)
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical/process issues into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders and leadership
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
