Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of how system operation support team does
• Basic understanding of change governance and processes used in IT operations
• ITSM tools experience is a plus point
• Basic knowledge of MS excel functions for reporting
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
