Automation Program Manager

Role Overview

The Automation Program Manager will help deliver Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio, interfacing with stakeholders to drive automation adoption. This 100% remote position requires a USA citizen with strong quantitative and analytical skills, business knowledge, and experience with RPA and AI.

What You Will Do

You will generate solutions, lead planning of Automation initiatives, ensure project delivery, and work with program sponsors to measure progress and impacts on business. You will also provide guidance to the automation technical team, remove obstacles, and escalate risks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires at least 4 years of understanding Automation process and RPA opportunities, experience with Agile, and knowledge of RPA software (UiPath and Automation Anywhere). You should be comfortable presenting to senior management and have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 4 years understanding Automation process and RPA opportunities in detail
• Experience in Agile
• At least 4 years working knowledge of RPA: UiPath and Automation Anywhere
• Holds certification for RPA software: UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Excellent analytical and oral and written communication skills
