RPA Practice Lead

Role Overview

The RPA Practice Lead will drive overall practice growth through strategy and direction, collaborating with Senior Leadership and managing P&L for the practice.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Senior Leadership, leading RPA marketing and business development, managing P&L, leading client engagement, and fostering relationships with Client Executives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Electric and Gas Utilities Industry or previous consulting experience, with strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of focused engagement-based consulting experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing RPA delivery
• Minimum of 5 years pre-sales experience responding to RFPs and delivering oral presentations
• Experience in developing and leveraging implementation methodologies and solutioning approaches
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field
