We are seeking an AVP, Corporate Affairs-Frontline Communication to partner with Operations leaders to develop and deliver communications that reach frontline leaders and contact center agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry, and will be able to translate enterprise priorities into messages and context that supports our frontline teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or in lieu of degree 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
- Familiarity with BPO, shared services, or large-scale contact center environments
- Experience contributing to or operating a communications intake or prioritization function
- 5-7 years of internal or employee communications experience
- Exceptional writing and content development skills
- Change management communications experience
- Comfort working across time zones in a matrixed, global operating model
- Fluency in using digital communication channels with a distributed workforce
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint/intranet publishing
- Working knowledge of measurement and optimization for employee communications
