Customer Service Representative

Syncoms is a fast-growing E-Commerce software development company looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide world-class customer service to its customers. The role involves answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats, developing good knowledge of service areas, and building excellent rapport with customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• A minimum of 2 years call centre experience
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
• Ability to communicate effectively with existing and new customers and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators in a demanding environment
• Ability to work under pressure paying strict attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision in a proactive manner
• Team worker who is flexible and has a positive attitude to learning and self-development
• Ability to learn in-house software system
