Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer role at a fast-growing healthcare AI startup focused on streamlining knowledge-intensive workflows across the U.S. healthcare system. Partner with prospective customers to co-create real-world AI agent solutions using the company’s AI Studio platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, or Pre-Sales within healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, particularly at the payer–provider intersection
- Strong programming ability (Python or JavaScript preferred)
- Experience working with or designing multi-agent systems or LLM-based applications
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders
