Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Generalist to take full ownership of the finance function, building and running it as a true business partner to leadership, delivery, and sales. The role covers the full spectrum: financial planning, project economics, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a finance role covering both operational and analytical responsibilities
- Strong command of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Hands-on experience with AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, and contractor payments
- Experience with project-level financial management, ideally in an IT services or agency context
- Comfortable working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, TOConline, or similar)
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- English B2+
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
