Job Description
Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with over 6 years of relevant experience to support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of business analysis experience in technology or AI-driven projects
- Proven experience working on AI/ML projects, especially implementing GenAI or Large Language Models in business solutions
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and testing
- Familiarity with AI/ML industry standards, best practices, and related compliance policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, or related business analysis credentials preferred
