Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Business System Analyst with a deep understanding of the Commercial Lending domain and a proven track record of success within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The candidate will be instrumental in driving the analysis and definition of complex commercial lending solutions within our SAFe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, specifically in Commercial Lending or banking systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, loan lifecycle, underwriting, and credit risk assessment.
• Familiarity with banking/fintech systems such as LOS (Loan Origination Systems), CRM, and core banking platforms.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating documentation.
• Experience with system testing, UAT management, and training.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
