Data Engineer

We are hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations that power the data platform. The role is responsible for delivering reliable, well-tested data products that meet agreed data contracts and are fit for consumption by downstream applications and analytics.

Requirements

• Build and maintain data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and output layers
• Implement transformations that apply business rules and produce clean, governed datasets
• Ensure pipelines are performant, observable, and maintainable
• Write and maintain data quality checks and pipeline tests
• Validate that outputs conform to data contracts and business definitions
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues identified in development or production
• Adhere to agreed engineering standards, naming conventions, and code review practices
• Ensure work is documented, version-controlled, and maintainable by the wider team
