At Synechron, we are hiring an EMEA HR Operations Specialist to join our team and build an HR Ops team for the EMEA region, transforming the employee experience through seamless, automated, and agile processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of HR experience within a shared services model, ideally with exposure to multiple countries within the EMEA region
- Proven experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management/ticketing platforms like ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word at an advanced level
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus
