Job Description
SSI is seeking a Program Manager to support efforts based in the Patuxent River, MD area. The successful candidate will work across all disciplines supporting fielded missiles programs.
Requirements
- Provides engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the logistics engineering discipline
- Makes recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts
- Performs risk assessments and analysis employing modeling and simulation techniques
- Assists in the technical planning of work across all disciplines
- Manage Cost Schedule and Performance
- Manage team of approximately 20 FTEs
- Support business growth for the PAX Area
