Job Description
SSI is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in support of efforts based in the Patuxent River, MD area, providing engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the logistics engineering discipline.
Requirements
- Engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the logistics engineering discipline
- Makes recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts
- Performs risk assessments and analysis employing modeling and simulation techniques
- Manage Cost Schedule and Performance
- Manage team of approximately 20 FTEs
- Support business growth for the PAX Area
- Must exhibit expert level communication skills
- Must be able to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes
- Must be highly proficient Microsoft Office
