Job Description
Synectic Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to support the Digital Acquisition Center of Expertise (DACE) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital acquisition products within the NAVAIR Digital Acquisition Center of Expertise (DACE).
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within defense acquisition programs
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience developing projects and breaking down tasking within JIRA
- Experience developing project metrics and projections within JIRA/Confluence
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with government and industry stakeholders
