Job Description
Synera Renewable Energy is seeking a Project Finance Director to lead the project financing of Formosa 6, a large-scale offshore wind project in Taiwan. The role will involve managing all aspects of the project finance process, including facility structuring, lender appointment, and documentation execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance or investment banking
- Direct experience leading offshore wind or large-scale renewable energy financings from mandate to financial close
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline; MBA, CFA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred
