Job Description
Synergy ECP is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SD(VOSB) ) focused on delivering high-quality services to the defense, intelligence, and healthcare industries. They are seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing and coding software, debugging, and integrating with existing systems.
Requirements
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Experience with technical writing/documentation
- Software development life-cycle experience using Waterfall software development process
