Job Description
The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems, handling process-intensive analytics, algorithm development, and data manipulation. They work independently or as part of a team, reviewing and testing software, and contributing to system design. This role requires analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
- Develop simple data queries
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Experience with technical writing/documentation
- Software development life-cycle experience using Waterfall software development process
- Familiar with UM
