Job Description
Synergy ECP is a cybersecurity and IT services provider specializing in U.S. intelligence and defense communities. This position involves supporting customer service, dataflow paths, and improving dataflow modernization efforts within a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- Identify and establish new processes and procedures and have good customer service skills.
- Data tagging, data formats, data sanitization, data sharing rules/criteria, general dataflow knowledge
- Provide support to manage the progress of dataflow requests.
- Measure and monitor metrics, identify trends, document deficiencies, and report standings.
- Support technical leaders by coordinating activities regarding system development and maintenance.
- Research and document dataflow processes in compliance with standards of enterprise data header initiatives.
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polygraph
