Job Description
Synergy ECP is seeking a highly experienced Test Engineer Level 2 to analyze system requirements, develop evaluation and test plans, and support Government test and evaluation documentation. The role involves performing performance analysis, reviewing acquisition approaches, and assisting with various T&E tasks. Collaboration with other test organizations is crucial.
Requirements
- Assist with Level 1 tasks as restricted by technical training
- Conduct research into Government test and evaluation concepts
- Plan and execute Performance Analysis
- Analyze performance risk areas
- Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation
- Select, develop & use analysis tools
- Provide Technical direction to Level 0 & Level 1 Tes
- Coordinate with SE/Program team
- Maintain knowledge of current standards
- Produce Evaluation Plans and Reports
