Sr. Appian Developer

Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a Sr. Appian Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Appian software development, a strong understanding of business processes, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Focus on business logic and process flows
• Work closely with Business Analysts to review user stories and analyze implementation methods and architectures
• Peer review code from other team developers to ensure best practices and performant application design
• Unit testing, technical problem determination and debugging
• Manage daily work in the Atlassian suite of applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo)
• Ensure software maintains data integrity, security and best practice standards
• Mentor junior BPM developers to improve capabilities of the team
• Manage and coordinate all requirements for a single epic across 1 or 2 developers
