Job Description
Syngene International Ltd. is seeking an experienced DQA Manager to lead research and development quality assurance division, implementing Syngene Quality Assurance principles for Biologics development and ensuring compliance to quality systems throughout the life cycle of R&D projects.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Engineering or any stream of Science
- Proven track record in implementing QMS in biologics development
- Strong understanding of biologics development process flow including early-stage process development, scale-up and technology transfer
- Good knowledge of international quality guidelines applied for biologics drug development including ICHQ, USP, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic notebooks and TrackWise QMS Software
- Excellent interpersonal communications and track record of working in a dynamic environment
