CP Logistic Specialist

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to analyze, optimize, and support the company’s logistics and operational processes.

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Economics
• 2 years of experience into logistics, operations or supply chain roles
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
• Team player and cross functional mindset for interacting effectively with different teams (CS, Sales, Demand Planning)
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Adaptable and open to innovation and continuous improvement
• Strong planning and time management skills to keep operations running smoothly
• Communication skills: ability to communicate with internal colleagues and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of systems (SAP), data analytics tools (Excel advanced, SQL) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Advanced scripting skills in Python
• Data visualization
• Reporting proficiency
• Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
