Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in seed product development, agronomy, product strategy, or product management.
- Familiarity with seed market dynamics and economics; from seed suppliers to resellers and growers.
- Understanding of seed regulatory and quality requirements for commercialization.
- Knowledge of soybean production systems, such as geographical differences related to cropping systems, disease & pest pressure, and weed management programs.
- Ability to influence without direct authority across R&D, agronomy, sales, and marketing functions.
- Experience in translating technical trial data into actionable commercialization strategies.
- Background in pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory management for agricultural products.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration between R&D, commercial, and supply chain teams.
