Operations Engineer

Syniverse is seeking an Operations Engineer to provide technical solutions to complex problems and manage customer issues. The role involves installing, configuring, and operating common infrastructure such as networks, servers, and external services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience in application support, technical customer support, and problem management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or telecommunication
• 2+ years relevant professional experience in application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, software development
• Certification on operating systems and databases (Preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
