Job Description
Syniverse is the world’s most connected company, seeking a Roaming Testing Engineer II to coordinate and perform IREG testing activities to support international roaming agreements. The engineer will be responsible for technical compliance with GSM standards, technical support to clients and internal teams, and roaming partner setup, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years’ experience in IREG testing, technical customer support, and roaming implementation
- Strong technical background in GSM standards, signaling, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with formal software testing methodologies (integration, conformance, module, and functional testing)
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to 35% of the time
