Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor

We're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our team at the Dunsandel manufacturing site. This role involves providing practical advice, coaching and support to leaders and frontline teams to build strong safety ownership and manage critical risks. You'll work alongside leaders and teams on the floor to deliver training, inductions and awareness programmes and support incident reporting, investigations and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, dairy, engineering, logistics, or quality
• Strong awareness of safety, risk, and how work gets done in practice
• Confidence working with people, coaching, influencing, and building trust
• The ability to balance compliance with practical, workable solutions
