Requirements
- Establish, develop, and maintain strategic business relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Lead the account planning cycle for high-value, complex, and global strategic accounts
- Identify and define customer solutions, collaborating with technical teams to deliver compelling presentations
- Coordinate and facilitate regular touchpoint activities to strengthen account relationships
- Develop and document customer requirements, usage metrics, and success criteria
- Research and analyze customer and competitor information
- Drive contract negotiations for multiyear deals and create ROI-based proposals
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately track progress in Salesforce, and complete all administrative tasks
