Job Description
The NPI Operator will support the New Product Introduction (NPI) team by developing new SynQor products and processes. This role involves inspection, assembly, testing, and feedback on NPI product lines within the production-related NPI Lab. The Operator will contribute to a smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience in electronic assembly and/or inspection is desired.
- Experience with SMT assembly and assembly troubleshooting is desired
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
