Job Description
SynQor is seeking an experienced SMT and THT Rework Operator to remove and re-place fine pitch SMT components and through-hole technology components. The position requires knowledge of IPC-A-610 class 3 standards and soldering, with potential relocation to Salem, New Hampshire in 2026. The Rework Operator will be based at the Boxborough, Massachusetts facility in the first shift (7am – 3:30pm).
Requirements
- Remove and re-place fine pitch SMT components
- Solder on heavy copper printed circuit boards
- Solder and rework SMT and THT components
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to interpret Engineering Change Orders
