Qualitative Equity Research Analyst

The Classification team at Syntax provides high-quality data to clients in the financial services industry. As a Qualitative Equity Research Analyst, you will support the building and maintenance of Syntax’s database of publicly traded companies by leveraging sources such as regulatory filings, industry reports, and proprietary research tools.

Requirements

• Conduct thematic research using publicly available sources
• Proactively search for new data and information sources
• Generate original research ideas and identify new opportunities for index development
• Collaborate with the software development team to automate data collection and validation processes
• Participate in client meetings related to product requests and demos
• Develop ever-increasing expertise on core industries
