The HSE Specialist works with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Department to plan, direct, and implement Syntegon's HSE and Quality management programs and to ensure a positive, safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment.
Requirements
- Maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate based reporting systems
- Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts to address the root cause of HSE related issues
- Conducting risk assessments related to jobs performed by employees and suggests risk mitigation strategies through the Job Safety Analysis process
- Conducting appropriate inspections and audits, and ensuring corrective actions are monitored and documented
