Job Description
Support growth campaigns, write and publish content, build and maintain lead generation funnels, and research competitors. Assist with event prep, outreach, and partnership coordination. Analyze performance data and take initiative to improve processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with at least 6 months left before graduation
- Genuinely curious about AI, startups, and how companies go from early stage to scale
- Strong written communication in English; German is a plus
- Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- Equal parts creative and analytical—you can draft a landing page and then look at the numbers to see if it worked
- High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do
