Hardware Designer

Hardware Designer position at Syntronic, a leading global engineering design house specializing in embedded hardware, electronics, and electro-mechanics design and development.

Requirements

• Highly motivated professionals
• Professionals with ability to work both with in-house projects and on-site assignments at our customers' locations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunication, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of design experience
• Experience in designing systems for robotics applications
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency with microcontrollers, memory interfaces, and embedded hardware architecture
• Experience with high-speed interfaces and serial communication protocols
• Ability to capture schematics, review datasheets, and work collaboratively with engineers across disciplines
• Competence in EMC/EMI principles, troubleshooting, and implementing design-level mitigations
• Familiarity with constraints management and coordinating PCB layout activities
• Experience with SI and PI tools, principles and design strategies
• Hands-on experience using standard lab equipment and design verification techniques
• Ability to drive issues to closure, work methodically, and participate in structured design and technical reviews
