Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in optical transport or fiber access equipment development or high-speed circuit pack development
• Experience with 1RU-14RU carrier-grade system requirements and high-speed optical and access fiber transmission systems
• Experience with board level development and being a lead designer for development projects
• Experience and understanding of design for testability and manufacturability concepts
• Experience in developing environmentally hardened optical transport and access systems
• Experience with a variety of optical interfaces and telecommunications standards up to 400G and beyond is an asset
