Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of proven experience with embedded software design and validation
- Experience with C and C++ languages
- Experience with embedded Linux in a high-performance environment
- Experience with GNU tools: gcc, gdb, etc.
- Experience with boot-loaders (U-Boot, redboot,...)
- Experience with Buildroot
- Experience with Agile methodology & tools and CI/CD pipelines
- General knowledge of SoC processors and their peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, SERDES...)
- Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, Multicast, QoS, VLAN, VxLAN...)
- Knowledge of UML, OOP, Design Patterns
- Ability to extract design elements from technical standards and specifications such as PCIe, SerDes, IEEE 1588 etc.
- Ability to review customer or marketing SOWs and PRDs
- Ability to write detailed design documents
