Class 1 Delivery Driver- Truro, NS

Class 1 Delivery Driver responsible for delivering and unloading products to Sysco customers in Truro, NS. Must have a valid Class 1 Driver's License, 1 year commercial driving experience, and be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Requirements

• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas
• Operate assigned Sysco Transportation System (STS) delivery system to scan each item to be delivered to generate invoices
• Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures
• Collect money (checks) where required, and turn in or deposit all funds collected daily
• Pickup, load and unload damaged goods and customer returns, and complete necessary paperwork
