Job Description
Customer Experience Agent I will interact with customers to develop relationships and ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. The role involves responding to customer requests, providing information, and resolving customer questions related to orders and products.
Requirements
- Proactively communicate with internal and external parties to exceed customer's expectations
- Respond timely and accurately to all incoming customer correspondence
- Analyze transactions, correct records, and adjust errors
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock items
- Maintain 90% minimum average in customer service and sales area quality assurance reviews
