Directeur(trice) supply chain amont

As Director Supply Chain Amont, you will define, pilot, and coordinate the Supply Chain policy in line with the company's strategy, ensuring optimal product availability while mastering the cost-quality-delivery ratio and ensuring good management of product/fourner data as well as accompaniment of Large Account Clients.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and animate the tools for managing the perimeter and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Create and follow up the annual budget and ensure follow-up (cost indicators)
• Anticipate and project the evolution of activity in the medium term
• Manage the forecast cell to optimize the functioning with LAG and ensure the reliability of supplies
• Conduct cost and feasibility studies to optimize supplies, stocks, and warehouse or concentrator organization
• Coordinate, regulate, and animate all flows between different actors of the upstream and downstream logistics chain
• Accompany the transport manager on the selection, negotiation with service providers, and performance management of upstream and intersite transportation
• Ensure the proper functioning of the coordination cell in conjunction with concerned clients, both internal and external
• Ensure good management of product and supplier data in the database
• Pilot the entire Import activity
• Ensure constant vigilance: legal, competitive, tools, new technologies, etc.
• Ensure internal alignment with other services and ensure necessary alignment between them (purchases, trade, marketing, large accounts, projects, etc.) for optimal functioning of the logistics chain
• Participate in company projects, particularly the company transformation project as well as the quality/safety/environmental approach
• Manage your direct team and cross-functional team in line with the company's values
