Job Description
Lead Analyst - Security Administration role is responsible for performing and coordinating complex provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, managing access controls across Active Directory domains, and ensuring compliance with security standards. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 4-6+ years in Security Administration, IAM, or related roles
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and manual access provisioning
- Proficiency with AD, Exchange, and identity lifecycle management
- Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Experience in access governance and security compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
