The Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager serves as the primary functional and technical owner overseeing the maintenance, support, design, feasibility analysis, and implementation of the Warehouse Management Systems supporting Guest Worldwide's distribution network. The position oversees related systems integration enhancements, supports the investigation of transactional issues, seeks root causes and develops timely technical and process solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 years with exceptional Tier-1 Warehouse Management Systems experience (High Jump preferred)
- 2-4 years' experience working with ERP technical functionality (Microsoft Dynamics Preferred)
- Systems implementation and systems project management experience preferred
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills
- Experience in managing application development lifecycle (specification, testing, implementation)
- Strong technical knowledge of databases and database architecture
- Ability to read/write SQL and working knowledge of reporting tools and web development languages
- Proficient in business systems analysis, process improvement methodologies, and change management protocols
- Subject matter expert for all Supply Chain Systems functionality within our Distribution Network
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, project management, analytical, prioritization skills
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop individuals and teams
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and professional interactive skills
- Strong analytical and technology skills in using productivity, performance and other related data
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Peoplesoft) and advanced Excel skills are required
- Mastery of organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple initiatives/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities, as necessary
