Systems Engineer Sovereign Cloud (m/w/d)

As a Sovereign Cloud Systems Engineer, you will design and operate robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions to support our mission to operate a sovereign, highly secure IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in system/platform engineering, ideally in security-critical areas
• In-depth knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash) and experience with common configuration/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) and network operation
• Experience in operating and possibly building observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) as well as monitoring/alerting strategies
• Practical experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (hybrid/cloud-native), including container operation (Kubernetes)
