Cable Supervisor

Systel is seeking a hands-on leader to streamline internal cables processes and grow the team. The Cable Supervisor will manage cable assembly capacity, develop internal cable builds, and support urgent cable rework needs. The role requires 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with cable assembly experience preferred.

Requirements

• Manage and grow cable assembly capacity to support business needs
• Manage assigned personnel and assist the team’s development
• Develop internal cable build schedule
• Support urgent cable rework needs
• Own on-time delivery performance for internal cable builds
• Develop cable assembly skills to better understand assembly processes
• Liaison with sustaining engineering
• Coordinate cable kit receipt and return
• Investigate and incorporate industry best practices to improve quality and productivity
• Escalate key material shortages to purchasing
• Assist in other areas as required
