Job description
We are seeking a Manager of Platform Operations and Compliance to lead the reliability, operations, and infrastructure strategy for the Evoke platform. This role is responsible for overseeing platform stability, release management processes, and operational excellence across our SaaS environment.
Define and enforce platform reliability standards, lead incident management processes, establish monitoring and observability practices, drive continuous improvement of operational processes and system stability, oversee release processes, and lead a team of engineers and analysts.
This role requires a balance of leadership and hands-on technical understanding, with a focus on building scalable systems, improving operational processes, and enabling engineering teams to deliver efficiently and reliably.
