Job description
We are seeking a Manager of Quality Engineering to lead the quality strategy, standards, and execution across the Evoke product engineering organization. This role is responsible for raising the bar on software quality, driving the evolution of our test automation practices, and serving as the accountable owner for release readiness and production sign-off.
Define, document, and enforce quality engineering standards across the product engineering organization, establish measurable quality metrics, drive continuous improvement of QA processes, and champion a quality-first culture across product engineering.
This role demands a balance of hands-on technical leadership and forward-looking innovation, applying AI-assisted testing, modern automation frameworks, and contemporary QA practices to keep pace with how enterprise SaaS is built and shipped today.
