They are seeking a Solution Consultant to join their team, with key responsibilities including software implementation, customer feedback, and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- Upgrading, configuring and implementing software to suit customer business process requirements
- Providing feedback on client software use and areas for improvement
- Assisting in investigating and resolving implementation and product issues
- Developing training material and corporate documentation
- Regularly reporting on activities and meeting key performance targets
