Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of directly related customer operations experience
- Technical experience with WLAN and IT network
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in dealing with large system Integrators
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively within different functional areas of the business and with the internal management team
- Experience and proven track record in managing projects
- Experience in negotiation of large projects with both customers and sub contractors
- Strong data center and IT wireless experience
- Business development skills
- Ability to speak to and work with senior leadership members of clients
- PMP certification not required
