Job Description
System Pavers is seeking a Learning & Development Instructor to design, facilitate, and evaluate training and coaching programs. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver engaging learning experiences, foster a culture of growth, and produce measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at all levels
- Business-to-consumer sales background preferred
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
