Executive Director, Finance

SystImmune Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Finance to serve as the business partner and strategic finance leader supporting global clinical programs. The role will manage a team of finance professionals and have end-to-end financial oversight of clinical development, including budgeting, trial cost modeling, and vendor financial management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in biotech/pharma
• Strong understanding of global clinical development processes, clinical operations, and regulatory pathways
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working with external partners in alliance or co-development settings
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
